Unless you find yourself bustling along with the small rush of students during the known Wesminster "hot times," the Emma Eccles Jones Conservatory often renders virtually silent, minus the occasional echo of heels or the cackle of a softened laugh. But from March 9 through March 23, Westminster students are not afraid to break the silence.
